We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us at dtacrew.business@gmail.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the following cases:

If the product is damaged upon arrival, and we confirm the defect was present before shipping.

If the product does not match its description (e.g., missing details, different fabrics, incorrect item).

In all other cases, return shipping costs will not be refunded.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at dtacrew.business@gmail.com with supporting photos. We will evaluate the issue and offer a solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return at our expense.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order for the item you want.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. However, you must:

Return the item in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging).

Provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
NB: Return shipping costs under the 14-day cooling-off period are the customer’s responsibility, unless stated otherwise in our Terms and Conditions.
6. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
